These Terms apply to the Site (including any content, pages, forms, and materials).

Use of the equidesk software platform (the "Platform" or "Services") is governed by the applicable customer agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement / SaaS Agreement / Order Form) between equidesk and the customer organization. If there is any conflict, the customer agreement controls for Platform use.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when we last changed them. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes, including learning about equidesk and submitting inquiries (e.g., "Request a demo").

You agree not to

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data

Interfere with the Site's operation (e.g., introducing malware, scraping, overload attacks)

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms

Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted under these Terms

Forms, demo requests, and communications

When you submit a form (demo request, contact request, etc.), you agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and submitted on your own behalf or with authorization

We may contact you using the details you provide to respond to your request

If you are submitting on behalf of a legal entity, "you" and "your" refer to that entity

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents (including text, design, graphics, logos, and materials) are owned by or licensed to equidesk and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and download materials from the Site for internal business evaluation purposes, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site materials without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you use the Site and interact with equidesk. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Site unlawfully.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
